WAEC GCE 2023 (First Series) Result is Out. See how to check your result.
Just in, West Africa Examination Council (WAEC) has announced the release of the first series WAEC GCE. The examination was written in February, 2023.
However, The result of 413 candidates who took the exam out of a total of 8,348 has been withheld by the authority responsible for the examination due to different instances of examination malpractice.

How to Check Your WAEC GCE Result Online
- Visit the WAEC Results Review Portal @ www.waecdirect.org/.
- Enter your 10 digit WAEC exam number. (This is the 7 digits of your center number followed by the 3 digits of your candidate number, for example 4123456789)
- Enter the 4 digits of your exam year, e.g. 2023
- Select the type of check (PRIVATE CANDIDATE RESULTS)
- Enter the card serial number found on the back of your scratch card.
- Enter the personal identification number (PIN) on your scratch card
- Click Submit and wait for the result window to appear.
- NOTE: The result verification PIN and serial number required to verify your results online are included on your Smart ID card used during the exam.
Note: You can check the photocard issued to you during registration for your Result Checker Serial Number and Pin.
