NYSC ZONINGS

It’s no longer news that the new policy of the NYSC from 2021 Batch B which make PCMs (Prospective Corps Members) no longer allows to choose 4 States of their choices to serve their father land as NYSC Management will selected at random base on several criteria.

Which broadly speaking will be outside your geopolitical zone.

So you can still check out this for you to know where you can serve and where you can’t get

South East: 5 States

(Abia, Anambra, Ebonyi, Enugu, Imo).

South South: 6 States

(Akwa-ibom, Bayelsa, Cross River, Delta, Edo, Rivers).

South West: 6 States

(Ekiti, Lagos, Ogun, Ondo, Osun, Oyo).

North East: 6 States

(Adamawa, Bauchi, Borno, Gombe, Taraba, Yobe).

North West: 7 States

(Jigawa, Kaduna, Kano, Katsina, Kebbi, Sokoto, Zamfara).

North Central: 6 States

(Benue, Kogi, Kwara, Nassarawa, Niger, Plateau).

NOTE: feasibility study shows that there shall be 7 geopolitical zones, which Lagos shall be referred as one, but Abuja shall be North Central Zone.

Also note that you in most condition serve at your hometown except for other reason which we will talk about later
