2023 UTME: The Anambra Government has offered a scholarship to the highest scorer

Nkechinyere Umeh, the top performer in the 2023 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), has been granted a scholarship by the Anambra Government. This scholarship serves as recognition of her exceptional academic achievement and will support her in furthering her education.

In an official statement on Tuesday, Prof. Ngozi Chuma-Udeh, the Commissioner for Education in Anambra State, announced that the state government has awarded a scholarship to the outstanding scholar, Nkechinyere Umeh.

Being a resident of the state and achieving a remarkable score of 360 in the examination, Umeh has been granted the opportunity to pursue her desired course at Chukwuemeka Odumegwu Ojukwu University. This scholarship showcases the government’s commitment to supporting talented students in their educational pursuits.
